How it started
Our story began with an ambitious idea: to give high-potential students the opportunity to experience real consulting training and to see how talent can grow when challenged in the right environment.
We started by interviewing and selecting 10 exceptionally talented students from ESCP Europe and other top universities. Each candidate was chosen for their analytical strength, problem-solving mindset, and determination to learn fast. Through an intensive, hands-on training journey, we exposed them to the same structured methods, strategic frameworks, and communication techniques used in leading consulting firms.
What began as a pilot quickly proved its potential. The students delivered real value on their projects while developing the confidence, clarity, and discipline required in demanding professional settings.
