Your mission
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering our Bootcamp experience and supporting participants throughout their learning journey. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading Bootcamp sessions, guiding participants through structured learning experiences and real-world consulting exercises.
Providing feedback to help participants understand their strengths, address areas for improvement, and accelerate their professional growth.
Completing comprehensive evaluations to track progress, measure outcomes, and ensure each participant’s development is meaningful and impactful.

Your profile
We’re looking for seasoned strategy consultants with 4+ years of experience who are excited to make a real impact by mentoring and developing emerging talent. Experience in training is a plus, helping you guide participants more effectively, but your consulting expertise is what matters most. This role is open to freelancers, allowing you to lead Bootcamps on your own schedule while joining a vibrant community of fellow ex-MBB consultants.
